Airport Hanger Study

Location: San Francisco, Ca. Bay Area

This concept included a commercial aviation maintenance facility, a main hangar, corporate conference rooms, and a commercial grade kitchen and dining room. Design details include a cut-out in the hangar wall that allows corporate visitors to observe hangar deck activities from above.

Developed in under three weeks, the level of detail presented in this concept was instrumental in obtaining Port Authority approval for the project.

Developed using in-house CAD and rendering systems, this project is representative of Craig Architects’ ability to work accurately and creatively within severe time constraints.
