Blanchard Plaza

Location: Seattle, Washington

Budget: $15 Million

Size: 150,000 sf

Built in the early eighties, and developed by the Block Brothers of Toronto Canada--then the largest single development company in north America--Blanchard Plaza is part of the fabric of Seattle’s vibrant urban core.

Located at the corner of 6th and Blanchard in downtown Seattle, this 15-story building features underground parking, a poured-in-place concrete structure with aluminum curtain walls, and a ground floor plaza finished entirely in brick.

Design details include a ground floor entry with a space frame structure, glass roof, and granite interior walls, and elevators designed to feel and look much larger than they actually are.
