Location: Seattle Washington

Commissioned by the City of Seattle Parks Department, this historic restoration involved improvements to a building constructed during the 1930’s, as well as trail improvements.

Building systems were upgraded to accomodate office space and the interior was remodeled. Outside, landscape plantings were enhanced, existing trails were restored and additional trails were added
