The owner of this video manufacturing company had a clear design philosopy for his project: "Manufacturing plants do not need to look like manufacturing plants." Functionally, the project involved doubling manufacturing capacity and relocating the facility without any down time.

The logistical challenges were handled via creative staging: the old facility was kept in operation during construction, while all new equipment was installed and made operational. Clean rooms and duplicating labs were completed first, followed by warehousing and the office area.

Production schedules were met throughout the project, and as the photos suggest, his aesthetic goals were nicely accomplished.
