Sponar Residence

Location: Bellevue, Washington

This residence was built in the mid 80’s. At that time Larry had a contractor’s license and a design-build practice was on his mind. This was one of the first such projects built during that period. This five bedroom house was designed and built for the Sponar’s and their 4 children.
