This 1915 era building was originally built as an automoble showroom, and was later changed into a parking garage.

In 1971 we were asked to remodel this building into an office for United Administrators. The owner came to us because of all our successfull projects in Pioneer Square.

This building was altered based on our fast track method. We acquired a demolition permit and moved into the building while it was being stripped to the bone. That way we would discover all the wonderful things that had been covered up over the years and expose the original building. Because the quality of the interior brick and framing was so good, we decided to leave them exposed. We simply designed a new environment within the old framework and created this wonderful space for a modern office.
